Your sims are going to LOVE La Bella! It is a 6x5 lot and costs $132,630. It is cleaned with sims2 pack and ready to go. It has 4 bedrooms with outside decks, 3 full bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen fully loaded with a bar, dining area with a beautiful bay window, living room, nice big pool area for your sims to have that big party Beautiful landscaping. This is my first sims home and I hope there will be more to come. I have played this house in game and have had no problems. Your sims are going to love the pool and the environments.
