This upscale lot has three bedrooms, four bathrooms downstairs and a recreational area upstairs. I renovated one of my own lots to accommodate a family I created with four teenage girls and two moms, hence the need for four bathrooms! I was tired of having to jump back and forth from the two floors so decided to put the living space on the lower level. The only custom content included is my own floors and walls, the lot comes unfurnished but is shown furnished for the screenshots only. It doesn't require any eps. Let me know what you think, enjoy.
