This is my first upload. It's called Qualtrough Manor, and I originally made it for Dina and Mortimer Goth. It's one story, but has a very elaborate roof, is $43,041, is on a medium-size lot, and has a kitchen, bathroom, and 1-2 bedrooms (depending on if you want a study or not). There's also a nice little foyer to decorate. On the left side of the lot, I added a very long driveway and a few trees. There's a huge porch on the side, great for BBQ's and parties. There's no custom content on this lot. It's not decorated, and is only somewhat landscaped.
