My game runs much better on small lots with fewer Sims, but I couldn't find any small dorms that I liked... so, I created my own! This dorm was inspired by the design of Expect No Mercy's Historic Dorm, which is a fantastic lot for those whose computers can handle it.

The dorm is on a 2x3 lot, but contains everything your studying Sims need, plus room to add more! Out of the six bedrooms, three are very spacious, making this dorm ideal if you have several controllable Sims living on this lot. It is very regal and historic in design; I like to think of it as a nineteenth-century castle that was converted into a dorm.

Downstairs:
- Spacious hallway that you can add extra objects to as needed.
- Study with three computers, two couches, and bookcases.
- Rec room with television and couch, arcade game, chess board, guitar, and drum kit.
- Cafeteria with seating for eight, stove, fridge, trash compactor, dishwasher, and espresso machine.
- Co-ed bathroom with one toilet stall, one shower, and one sink with mirror.
- Covered outer terrace with two treadmills, card table, and stereo.

Upstairs:
- Spacious hallway that also can be added to; already includes a chess table and two comfy chairs.
- Six bedrooms with a bed (three singles, three doubles) and dresser
- Co-ed bathroom with three toilet stalls, two showers, and two sinks with mirrors.

No custom content is used in this dorm. This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and is hack-free.
