medium sized basement, garage and driveway, wraparound patio, walkout basement to small deck, steps down to the beach with a reserved sunbathing area and landscaping.
Please note that this lot should be placed on the water's edge in your neighborhood (built in Bluewater Village) for the water to come up over the lot. Also, there is some space at the rear of the lot, underwater, that you can play around with. I wasn't happy with the results when I played around with it, so I'll leave that up to you.
This house was built on a 3x4 lot. It costs $34,909, unfurnished.
This house was made with UNI, NL and OFB expansion packs installed and requires them all to work properly.
