Made with UNI, NL, OFB and Pets expansion packs installed
and requires them all to work properly.
This house is UNFURNISHED

The ground floor features a large kitchen, living room, office, 1/2 bathroom, driveway, pool and water feature


The 2nd floor features a Master Bedroom and Bath, 3 smaller Bedrooms and
one smaller bath



The basement is open and pretty much unfinished, with front exterior access as well as indoor access.

Not Included, but highly suggested:
I wasn't able to figure out the name of the invisible fountain recolor (Fallorayne by pfish) that I used in the center of the gardens
amongst the recolors listed in Clean Installer when I packaged the lot- so I cleared all of the unidentifyable ones out.
