Modern Remodel on a Victorian Mansion

I am quite proud of this house. On a few occasions I've tried to design a house that would work for all that I wanted it to for my sims. (Multiple Bedrooms/ enough for 5 or 6 people).. and rooms enough to support all other exploits a sim may want. (With room for an exxtensive art collection.) And since Nightlife and attached garage. Well, I've finally built one for myself.. and I like the look so much.. I think others will like it as well.

on the basement floor is a two car garage. (Lot can hold up to 4 vehicles)
the 2nd floor contains a kitchen, dining room, living room, study, studio, foyer for artwork, game room, a hallway for more artwork, a small connecting room for any small purpose and an interior room suitable for any vampire residence.

The top floor contains 4 bedrooms (3 of which have their own bathrooms).. and a master bedroom with a balcony

The grounds contain an area towards the front suitable for pet housing, a small lake with a not so small island garden, and pool and a 1 floor pool house. and a cemetery plot with 4 unmarked graves.

Comes unfurnished and completely cleaned with sims2pack clean installer. (Certain items picture may not show up because of the cleaning process.
