Hall House (Victorian Mansion)
Features:
This is a huge three story victorian mansion on a foundation, with an attached garage, a swimming pool, and it's own family graveyard! It is landscaped with dead trees and weeds. I had to make sure my soon-to-run-with-scissors old people I was making ghosts out of NEVER did anything on their own because they were neat freaks and always wanted to pull the weeds. I suppose if you just like the house you could landscape it with flowers and real trees. =P
It is, as mentioned, a behemoth. It has 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, a nursery, nook, kitchen, huge dining room, TV room, music room, games room, and a few studies and/or parlours. The entire third floor is a suite for the master couple, with a "male side" (including his own bath and masculine study) and a "female side" (including her own bath and a nursery). It's on a 4x4 lot, and sells for 204,908 Simoleons.
This house is completely furnished, using all maxi's stuff. I have up to Nightlife installed, so you will need this EP to install the lot. The only thing I didn't put in was wardrobes, because all of maxis wardrobes are gigantor and don't match anything! It has phones, fire alarms, burglar alarms - all set to move into.
Custom content:
This has been scanned with Sims2 Clean Installer and contains no hacks. It contains the following custom content:
-"La Fenetre Window Short" by Windkeeper, found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=101336
-4 walls and 4 floors, recolors of maxis, by me. They are: 3 exterior brick walls and matching brick walk; 1 interior victorian wood wall, 1 victorian carpet, 1 tile, and 1 wood floor.

Note: I found the whole thing really dark, so I lit it really well - with tons of little lights hidden in all the plants and bookcases. So if you refurnish it, don't be surprised to find all these lights in everything. =P
Ok, enjoy! I also have a really cute little starter home coming shortly.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
