Located in downtown Olympia, Charlie's is a place where many people go to hang out after a long day at work. Between shooting pool, singing karaoke and watching the latest sporting events, patrons have plenty to do at this small downtown bar.

This is a re-creation of a bar my friends and I often frequent in my home town of Olympia, Washington. I built it the best of my knowledge but without any floor plans it's not an exact re-creation. There's an awning outside where everyone goes to smoke (Washington State law prohibits smoking inside public buildings). It's situated on a 2x2 lot.

I'm not sure what eps it requires but I have all the eps including Pets, so just to be on the safe side I'm gonna say that it requires Uni, NL, OFB, and Pets. Also to make things simple, I included no custom content with this lot.

Also before you tell me, I know the bar is kinda small but that's how Charlie's is in real life (I honestly don't know how we fit so many people in that bar on a Saturday night).
