This is my first upload, hope you enjoy.

Charlies Workout Center is my first creation for OFB. It's 4 stories, on the first storie are the ticket machines, and a large in-door pool with diving boards and plenty of seating. The second story features an areas with treadmills (this area seems to be the most popular when playing the game, for some reason..) The thrid story has a small shopping area with magazine racks, and plenty of workout benches. The final story includes a jacuzzi and pool and poker area.

It's very glassy. I put in a lot of windows, because it really seems appropriate for the building.

This features no custom content. (I'm aware that some custom content in shown in the first picture, but that has since been removed from the final download)
