The Siding Construction Project Part I

Hey all !!!

I know this set was suppose to be released a long time ago but I am still having problems with texturing so until I get that solved I will just have to release pieces of this set (Although I wanted to release the whole set at the same time)...


This is part I and contains two new objects and 9 NEW meshes ...It also includes the most excellent walls of siding made by the wonderful kittyispretty69 specifically for this project of mine .....The new objects in this part of the set are : A pump jack and the pump arms to go with the pump jacks...For those of you who do not know a pump jack is something siding companies use nowadays instead of the old method of using ladders and planks ....It is basically a long pole with a jack system that will lift a pick (plank) Which will be released at a later date) by the use of your feet and for those of you who do know what they are you should appreciate the detail I was able to achieve in making these pump jacks ...The other object is the pump arms which allow you to mount the pump jacks to a house ...I have included 3 versions of arms for various placement on your sim houses and they include a 2 story (no foundation) gable end , a one story gable end and a two story regular end (I dont really know what you would call it ) ...Also included is 3 different versions of the pump jacks with various height levels of the actual jack itself .....One is with the jack on the ground for just starting out a wall , Second is with the jack halfway up the pump for those walls that are halfway complete and the third is with the jack at the top of the pump for finishing off the wall ....The following pictures show better detail than what I can describe so here they are :







The details for the Pump Jacks and the Pump Arms are as follows :

Pump Jacks - Faces - 1120 Verts - 1265
Pump Arms - Faces - 684 Verts - 738

I know the counts are a little high for single objects of this size but I really wanted excellent detail (which I think I achieved) and the project to look realistic ...

These were cloned from a base game column and will function like a column ..You will also have to use moveObjects to place them correctly ...I do have every exp and stuff pack installed so one or more MIGHT be needed and am unsure so if they do not work for you please let me know ...

Now on to the WONDERFUL walls that are included in this part ...They were made by Kittyispretty69 for this project and before I say anything else she did an AMAZING job on these walls and I am very proud she made them for this project ....You can check out all here great items HERE and be sure to give her a thanks for all her wonderful items ....
The siding included are as follows and you can clearly see in the pics below what I am talking about .....There are 4 different walls per color of siding ....I will start off by saying the colors are as follows : Colonial White , Country Suede , Granite Gray , Heritage Cream , Natural Clay , Oxford Blue , Prairie Sand and Summer Wheat ...These are ACTUAL siding colors available from a well known siding manufacturer to make the project that much more realistic ... Now onto the versions ...There are 4 as I said earlier and include a 1/4 sided version with siding on only the bottom 1/4 of the wall and Tyvek showing for the rest of the wall , a 1/2 version with the same , a 3/4 version with the same and finally a fully sided wall of the colors mentioned above so you can basically create a fully sided house on one side and have the other 3 sides of your house in various stages of completion ....
