This residential home is on the second smallest lot available, so there isn't all that much expandability (unless you use lot expander or build up). I'm offering both the furnished and unfurnished versions of the home.

Misc. :

I tested the home out for basics..the garage is fully functional and the bathtub placement allows for bathing your dog. I may have forgotten the smoke detectors (oops!). Other than that the home is fully furnished and surprisingly spacious for its size.
