Here's my attempt. I think I got pretty close.
I do have the pets expansion, but I'm pretty sure I didn't use any of that stuff. It would be really nice if they had a symbol or label showing which expansion they're from. *crosses her fingers*
The issue on the front porch roof, was unavoidable. Every time I'd put on the second floor roof, it would do that to the porch. Sorry :/

Edit: I worked on it more today and made up a revised version. Added a room over the garage and modified the front porch roof.
