Built with all EP's and both stuff packs, but I'm pretty sure I didn't use any stuff pack items. This is a house on a foundation with garage attatched, so if you change the wall treatment outside and inside the garage, please keep that in mind. The requester asked that there be little custom content And so there is very little. Also: The lot is pictured with Windkeepers half moon window, however, I took it out at the last minute and changed it to a maxis window.
