This house is my 6th starter home. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house is on a 3x2 lot and only costs $15,667 to buy. It is unfurnished except for the kitchen, bathroom, and lighting. There is a driveway for you to put your sim's car. The outside sports blue-gray siding and a covered porch. The interior contains dark wallpapering and wooden doors.
