This is the first house I have had the guts to upload. It is a starter home costing $16,770. It has blue siding and a fairly poor kept backyard. The kitchen and bathroom are furnished. Cheap lights are also provided. The lot layout was inspired by the starter homes in the Maxis ''Downtown''. This lot is a 3x2 lot.
