This house was made on a 5x2 lot. It costs $75.306.
It was made with EP1, EP2 and EP3 and I'm not sure, but I supose it requires all the three.

It's lightly furnished with the basics to start, if your sims have enough money.

Features 3 bedrooms (1 furnished); 2 bathrooms (furnished); 1 kitchen (furnished); 1 bedroom or bathroom at your choice; a great hall and a livingroom; a big basement with a swimmingpool and a garage in.
I think it's a good idea to have a house with a swimmingpool in it to get ready for the nex expansion of this game. I want my sims keep swimming in winter too!

This house has been scanned with the Clean Installer and has no custom content.
