Description:
Another home from my early 1900's Victorian neighborhood. Rustic, Vintage Victorian, #2. As you can see from the images, this is a neighbor to: A Victorian Winter. Homes complement each other...2nd addition has new design & floor plan with wallpapers and antique flooring. I have been researching & attempting to remake homes along with vintage paper's & flooring from the early 1900, (any seam's showing are intentional, for an authentic aged look). House has 2 stories with gable decoration meshes, roof & porch brackets included. Lg. formal living & dining rooms. Kitchen open's to hall & entry. Bath's on upper & lower floors, with 2 large bedrooms + nursery. 1 stall garage (could be a barn), with attached laundry/pantry. Rustic! NO swiming pools or hottub's! Only to sit in the parlor & listen to the radio or, someone play the piano & of couse, maybe, watch it snow. Too rustic for you? " If you still like the house design, you have plenty of room in back if you need to update". Hope you enjoy. Let me know what you think>>>> Thanks & Happy Holidays Everyone!
*(I want to thank AVENIDASIM'S.COM for allowing me to share the roof texture I included in: A Victorian Winter download & again in the 2nd addition download. I neglected to include a link & thank you for the beautiful work)!

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
