A simple house, built to reflect the pseudo gothic overtones of the Italianate style of the victorian period. House is unfurnished, and uses mostly Maxis-made walls & floors (this way, you can decorate the house as you see fit without having to redo or delete any content I might include.) :] It stands on a 3x5 lot and will set your simmies back 132,882 simoleans. The house in its entirety was built using an actual floorplan. :]

Almost forgot to mention, the home includes four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a conservatory, greatroom, kitchen & dining, parlor and a few bonus rooms on the second floor above the conservatory. :]

N0TE: it has been brought to my attention that a hack has somehow evaded my eye even after scanning with Clean Installer. In CI its named "Phone - Line Controller." Please make sure you install it with Sims2Pack Clean Installer. It hasn't caused me any kind of problems, but it should be removed anyway. Sorry folks, I don't know how on earth it got in there!

* JULY 14TH 06 * : I've been receiving messages from people about having problems with the Grand Trianon doors & windows involving blinking blue objects. You MUST have the floor mirror installed for these to work properly; it should've been included in the my file but apparently they still aren't working properly. It is easily fixed though, for future reference, I suggest you download & install the Grand Trianon accoutrements BEFORE downloading this lot. It may save you from a problem or two.
