This home is dedicated to “flowerchild”, ...someone wearing a hat with a green clover, as a friendly Christmas post card.


The lot is lightly sloped to have a better view on it an from it, outside there is a large flowered garden, of course, with a bridge over clear water and a little gazebo. The house receive a lot the day light with it large and numerous windows.


Ground floor there are the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Upstairs is the main room (a big room and a bathroom in fact) with an opened kitchen, a large living corner with stove and a sunny dining area.
