This is a lovely little yet spacious split level house built on a 2x2 lot, with a split level and a basement garage. I'm currently using it for my legacy family (which often means lots of people in the house) and I haven't ran into any playability problem. Just don't put it near the beach or you'll have water in the garage
For some reason, when I put it in a neighbourhood, the individual roof slope angles go back to default, which is very ugly. I don't know why, and maybe you won't encounter this problem. I'm just warning you, just in case.
Also, this is my first upload so I'm open to all comments and suggestions.

1 big living room
2 bathrooms
2 toilet rooms
4 bedrooms (that can be converted to study/nursery/etc)
