This is another smallish house from me, this time costing no more than §17,000. It is built on a 2x2 lot, but there is enough room for a couple, two or three children, a baby and pets. The living room is a bit weirdly shaped, but I managed to fit a big tv, large sofa and even a piano in there. There is some room left around the house to put a telescope, a swingset or a vegetable patch.
Since this is only my second upload, any constructive criticism is welcome.

1 study (that can be converted in a nursery)
1 driveway (but there is enough room to put 2 side by side)
