This is a quaint one story ranch has enough living space for a couple. This
house was designed with a lot of open space in mind. Along with the complete
furnishment of this house, all areas of skill building have been included. Only,
you need to swim for your body skill. It comes complete with a study and the
rest of a sim's necessities.
