This starter home is the perfect size for your Sims to start their lives together.
Nice open rooms .
Light colors on the walls as with the carpets and hardwood floors.
Some landscaping, but not nearly enough without going into some of the great custom content out there.
Enjoy and have fun with it.

I have University,Nightlife,Open for Business,Family Fun and

I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
