It's a studio/loft house. As in, it's all one open space. Spacious enough to put the things you want and need (tv, couch, bed, et cetera) but compact enough for a single sim or a couple trying to save a few simoleons

I was fooling around with the split-level option and came up with this. I figured I'd be girly and put my simself on a pedestal of sorts. There's just enough room for the bed up there and a nice little nook in front of the steps for a pet or perhaps a two-person dining area

This was intended for the bathroom as I'm sure your sim wouldn't like 'going' in front of an audience, but do with it as you wish. I trust your judgment ^_^

Out front you've got an eensy little gardenette for the outdoorsy sim. Just enough greenage to add character to the exterior of the house, but not so much that you'd be overrun with weeds too suddenly should you forget to groom them
Other important stuffs:
On a 2x2 lot
Costs 12.477 simoleons
Unfurnished
No custom content
No hacks
Has been checked with cleanInstaller
|Nightlife is required
Due to the split-leval (diva)bed area, |Pets is very much required
Well ... that's it! I like to keep my abodes simple. So if you like everything being within reach, I'm sure you'll enjoy using my first upload as much as I enjoyed making (and using) it
Have fun!

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
Also, I have a small favour to ask. It would mean a lot to me if you all could send me pictures of how you've decorated the homes. I'm dying to see what you all have done!
