The Uni life has been quite busy, and I got dragged into online game again, so I didnt do any Sims2 work for months... =(

A new Chii has been made for this dress, try to make the sims looks even more anime, as I was inspired by some toy figures of Chii.
If anyone likes her I will upload her, and that will be the third Chii I have made =P

I'm happy about the three layers and the apron with two cute pockets,
but I must admit I don't think the detail was good enough on the rest.
Since I couldn't get hold of a real texture of this dress, I'm afraid this is the best I can do

All you need is in the zip file, works on teen and adult, any recolour requests please post it below, Thank you =)
