i build this apartment based on silent hill 4 south ashfield heights apartment, BUT its not exactly the same. i found the SAH too large, you can't realy fill in all the units with families, right? therefore, from 18 units, i reduced it to 13 units.



the apartment included:
- 2 units comes with 3 rooms each (just like the game)
- 11 units comes with 1 room each (like henry's room before he break down the wall... you know what i mean )
- balcony on the rooftop
- backyard garden
- 4 parking spaces on the side of the apartment
