OK It's me back with a new house it's called Ciffside Modern.
It is a nice house to play and one thing to note about this house
place the lot here in the image below in Belladonna Cove


The house does have a 2 story bacement it is empty because u can place magical stuff down
there or vampire room or anything its all up 2 u.

The problems with the house is the skylight in the livingroom if u have seasons it lets weather in like rain and snow
thats why the house does not use seasons. image below


Then the foundation it is 2 of them on the ground floor that is
how i made a 2 story basement.
