I thought I would have another try at building a lot for everyone to enjoy. Its taken over a week to get it looking how I wanted it to but I think I am there now

The house is built on three floors, there is a split level basement with study area and pooltable, a great hangout area for teens! Ground floor has a kitchen and small bathroom, one lounge and one skill building room with piano chess and bookcases. A hallway with split level staircases goes up to the second floor where you will find two child themed bedrooms (one for boys and one for girls) a nursery, guest bedroom with adjoining bathroom and the master bedroom with a split level en-suite bathroom. There is also another bathroom down the hall next to the childrens rooms.

Lot Size : 3x2

I tried as best I can to create this lot with only maxis content and as a bonus a few wallpapers made by myself. The other custom content I cannot live without when building is listed and credited below

Also I'd like to say thanks to curlybap for testing this lot for me, otherwise I would never have noticed the minor blip in the last screenshot. Don't worry I went in and changed it and reuploaded a version 2 :D
