I had a large family that had twin teenage daughters and twin sons on the way when I built this house. It's huge really, almost too big for me to play on my less than adequate computer. It has all the extras that today's modern family needs:
A garaged attached to a house on foundation
Family and Living rooms
Large kitchen with bar seating and ample space for a full dining area.
Utility room for clutter off the garage
Four fireplaces.
Above garage patio
Four bedrooms and a small nursery (one bedroom is actually the bonus room above the garage, it can be converted to anything you'd like)
Large back porch and yard area for pool, hot tubs and the like.

Alas! It only has two bathrooms, however the nursery is easily converted to a bathroom if not needed for babies.

The lot is 3x3 Medium, and the cost is $33,466. The house has bathroom and kitchen fixtures only, not furnished.

There is no custom content - everything is Maxis. You will need Nightlife!
