This is my second upload.

27 Tangara Crescent was built to accommodate for 2 people - preferably a couple.
Features: - Single bedroom with a double bed also included is a plasma tv and small dresser

- Simple and elegant lounging area with pool table.
- Outdoor entertainment including pool, setting and barbecue.
- Small storage area in back of garage.
This house is also equipped for a pet dog and includes dog house, food bowl (both inside) and chew toy located outside. Also 2 cars with inside and out garage. There is room for expansion upstairs.

It is cleaned and there is no custom content used. (That was extremely hard!!)
This house costs $95,140 and is on a medium 3x3 lot. (thanks to daysies for reminding)
