My first upload for you today!
It is a colonial/federation-ised home for your sims. I was inspired by a similar floor plan in my History Textbook! I have all expansions and stuff packs, but I don't believe I used anything from the Stuff Packs.

Name: Federation Fancy
Price: $95,574
Bedrooms: 4, 1 with a double bed
Bath: 2
I have scanned with Clean Installer, and it is hack-free! Also the size has been compressed so the download size is smaller. =) Hey at least you can say I put some effort in the uploading!

I would love some feedback on this house.
