Hello Everyone,

This is a neat house I made, just over 90,000 it has three bedrooms, three baths, and unfinished basement, and two car garage. A Large kitchen, dinning room, living room, study and parlor rooms are all on the entry level floor with bedrooms upstairs and unfinished basement for a game room or what have you.

I tend to like different things, so this house is set on a rough patch of ground, with a side sort of enterance and large deck. I made this for my gothic sims, so enjoy. It's been cleaned with SimPack2 Clean Installer so it has no hacks or unwanted content.

You will, need Nightlife (for the garage), but this is all in-game walls and floors.
