80's Living!

The 80's just came back and they want their plans back I thought i'd explore a little with different styles and techniques this time. I was going to use a real plan for this but I got a little carried away hehe I can never keep to them.
This lot has 3 levels, the main has the Livingroom and adjourning hallways to the left, and the bathroom w/ tub room, and to the right is the big-for-it's-size kitchen complete with islands and fancy-schmansy counters, and of course, the diningroom following the french doors in the back. There's also a little room i've left empty for you.
Upstairs you'll find a little gathering area for which I have left pretty much empty to your desires, and off to the left and right you'll find two spacious bedrooms each with their own 3-peice ensuites. There's also a little "laundry room" or "walk-in closet" behind the master bedroom. A nice little balcony hangs off the room too, may I add.
The basement is unfinished, you can add on to it if you need more room. So there is obvious room for expansion here if your sims decide to expand their capita, all without taking away that small-house look. Hey, there's even a little garden for that gardener in the family. My.

Custom content: Most of the custom objects such as the furniture and most decorations aren't included. However the far part of it is Maxis, so even without the crucial elements i'm sure that you could fill in those missing components. I've left most of the build mode stuff intact beacause it's what shapes the house. Anyway have fun with that.
