Hello there! Welcome to my second upload to MTS2. This is a house that is designed for either that spacious bachlelor or a starting/small family.

House is built for: 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms.
Cost: Around the ยง44,000 range
Size: 4x3 lot

First story: Living room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Closet(the 2x4 area), Stairway hall(I loved making this area)

Second Story: 1-3 Bedrooms(Can be used for any purpose), Bathroom


Hacks/Custom Content: None whatsoever, even checked with Sims2Pack CleanInstaller

Comes unfurnished to lower the cost as much as possible.
