Hi all.this is a nice house which I've had for a long time.but now i feel like sharing it.the lot size is 4x5 and it costs about $300000.It is perfect for 4 or even 5 sims to live in.
features:
3 bedrooms
Kitchen
living room
dinig room
2 bathrooms
Pantry
Garage with a car
and another room which u can use as u want(guestroom for instance)

in the yard there a big swimming pool and a jacuzzi under the trees.
there's also a dancefloor where your sims can have fun.
In my game in this house a divorced woman lives,named Carol Hope.their children often visit her,that's why there are two bedroom for them.
But you can use for a whole family.
this house is completely furnished with the exception of 1 .
the lot doesnt include any costume content.
The default picture shows the complete house look.there are pics uploaded which shows the incorrect looks too.
