The Bridlewood Estate

The Bridlewood Estate is your average suburban home, with a modern flair. I usually don't like extremely modern homes because the furniture looks uncomfortable, like you would never want to touch it, but I couldn't help myself with this one. Unfortunately, most of the modern furniture I used came from copyrighted sites, so I could not include it with the lot. Although, I did include the links and the exact pieces of furniture below in the credits. The lot file includes Maxis furniture in replace of the custom furniture, but don't worry, the furniture is still very modern.

This home allows up to four Sims to live comfortably. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a high-teck den, a luxurious living room, shiny floors :D, a game loft, a large outdoor pool, and a play house in the backyard for the kids. I'm actually surprised how small I managed to keep this house because I usually make my houses really huge, so this one definately fits into the suburban category.

This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and is hack free!

I really enjoyed building this lot, and I really loved the custom furniture. (Too bad I can't include it.) Remember the file includes only Maxis furniture! The floorplan is great, and I spent a lot of time working on the photos, so I hope you and your Sims enjoy it!
