Tobi (mask + outfit)

The mask is a custom non-deforming mesh (found in glasses) that fits closely to the face, so when making Tobi, adjust the face accordingly so that it doesn't bleed through. It's made for the short messy Maxis hair (see pic).
You can find other Akatsuki clothes elsewhere but I included a custom outfit for Tobi just the same.
For males sims YA and above.
