Hiya! I made another Japanese horror house. : D
I say "horror" because I tried to create the gloomy atmosphere of my favorite asian horror movies. I wonder if this is becoming a series...

This one is smaller than my first one (I'd say almost small enough to cause claustrophobia X)), and I generally like the way this turned out.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, relatively spacious garden.
The lot comes fully furnished. The furniture in the screenshots that I couldn't include are replaced by Maxis items. But I recommend the awesome custom stuff linked below.

The lot is build on a 2x1 mini lot, and it costs 36 794 ยง.
