Decided to take a break from building small houses, and went for something quite different.
I saw a building pretty much like this in my hometown and really wanted to build something along those lines.
And so... here's a 4-story apartment building with two business premises in the 1st floor for home business, and six apartments in the three upper floors.
There's also a janitor's closet (or whatever you want to use it for) in the lobby.
Floors 2, 3 and 4 are identic, so only one floorplan picture of those included in this post.

The business premises are unfurnished, and the apartments only have the very basic furniture (kitchen counters and plumbing).
The furniture in the screenshots are there just for the pictures, they're not included.

You might want to replace the doors with the awesome Smart Doors by tunaisafish, so that your sims won't go running around each other's apartments. ^_~
