I present you a spacious old-school country house, designed for a two- or three-sim family. Apart from the essentials, such as a stove and a bath, you'll find other items which can improve life standards for your sims, like for example a TV, a telephone or a smoke detector.
During the game, I'm sure you'll want to upgrade your house, so there is plenty of room left for a garage or a swiming-pool in the front yard.
