This is a classic red-brick starter home with a modern twist, designed for a single (male) adult sim. It isn't furnished too lavishly, but I've tried to include some more sophisticated items, like for example the double bed or the 1st-level lights. Of course, there are also other essential elements: mirror, bookcase and - surprise, surprise - I've even managed to include a nicely lit driveway and a CAR!
