ETA 3/16/07: Re-uploaded the .rar file with the proper wallpaper included. So sorry all!

Here is my customized "Bookshop" Create-A-Sim house!

Most content is Maxis, but you will need the wallpaper included in the .rar (adapted by me from a Sims 1 wallpaper) and the following files by Windkeeper:

wind_CASinvisibleobjects.package
wind_CASmirrorrecolor_wood.package
wind_CASinvisibleobjects_familypart.package

ETA: Due to a possible (but not thoroughly investigated) problem involving stray pets wandering through the CAS, I've stripped some extraneous controller objects out of the lot and added some fences, which appears to have stopped the strays. If you've seen this phenomenon and it bothers you, you may wish to re-download.
