This is my first upload. It is on a small lot (3x2) and includes a river and a multi-story treehouse. None of the lot is considered inside (except for a small outbuilding that serves as an outhouse) but this does not affect the sims' environment rating. Also, noise from the living room television has proved not to affect a sleeping sim. I have tested this house with a sim of my own (after packaging it, so nothing in the house is used), and he was able to get around just fine. The lot costs 19,046 simoleons and is a lovely starter home. Since the lot doesn't include many walls (which are very pricey), the furniture is a step up from the usual starter home fare. I hope you enjoy.
