This lot includes a four level tree house suspended over a 2 by 3 lot. It is essentially a follow up of my other lot, Starter Treehouse. On this lot, I've played around with different shaped platforms and hanging bridges. The lot comes fully furnished, and while the furnishings are the bare minimum, I've left room for improvement without adding platforms. For example, there is a separate dining area, so later, when money comes in, the small table can be moved into the kitchen and a proper dining set can be purchased. The swimmable lake is made using JustTheBast's tutorial. Sometimes, repeated commands are necessary to get a sim to dive into the lake or climb out via the ladder. Hope you enjoy.
