Hello Simsters,

This is my first upload and it's a Thank You house for all you great creators and modders out there... I hope you'll like this house..

I call it the Country American Daphne House
It's a Residential House with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Balcony & Roofdeck and a carport
Lot size is 4x3 and it costs 77.842Simoleons
It's slightly furnished mostly Maxis and a recoloured stairs made by Numenor (Wooden Stairs "Recolourable" by Numenor ), you can find it in www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=53159

I played the house for a whole day and it has no problem at all.
