I had several requests on the official Sims2 site to do another starter, so here it is! I also built this for the Spring 2007 showcase at the official site. My idea was to build a stylish house on a beach (the water is swimable) for a low price. The starter contains 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and dining, a living room, and a fireplace

The lot was play tested for 3 to 4 days to get the price below 20k. Enjoy the lot!
