I haven't built a modern lot in awhile, so I felt like I should upload this. It's a very simple lot; no complicated elevation changes or anything. However, I think it is quite attractive for the size home that it is. There is a large basement with a rec room that I left sparsely furnished so that whoever downloads it can play around with the space.
