The Grange Co-op Housing Project - Series 1 lot B

I would like to share with you a series I have been playing in my game since I purchased Seasons.
Lot: Residential
2 Bedroom. 1 bathroom
Starter home approx 19,000 simoleons furnished with necessities.
This is the exact floor plan of the first, just different color scheme.

The steady migration of city and suburb dwellers to this small country community has put an extreme strain on housing, so the newly formed Town Council has voted to utilize existing, abandoned farm elevators and silos to help alleviate this problem and perhaps get rid of run down eye sores in the process! The proposal first presented by the well respected gardening club has resulted in a mass renovation of these outbuildings and as a result I bring to you a series of starter homes. These are being actively promoted by the leaseholder Grange members in the district and all lots available for occupation have been converted from once abandoned and dilapitated grain storage facilities.

On a historical note:

"In December 4, 1867 in a small Washington, DC building that housed the office of William Saunders, Superintendent of Propagating Gardens in the Department of Agriculture, the Order of Patrons of Husbandry, more commonly known as the Grange, was born. Here, sitting around a plain wooden table, a group of seven earnest men, planned what was destined to become a vital force in preserving and expanding American democracy. They were all men of vision-they had faith in God, in their fellow man and the future. The Seven Founders of the Order of the Patrons of Husbandry were:

Oliver H. Kelley • William Saunders
Aaron B. Grosh • William M. Ireland
John R. Thompson • Francis McDowell

Their names are inscribed on a Birthplace Marker located near the site of the original building on the south side of 4th Street SW, near Madison Street on the mall in Washington DC The marker was officially dedicated on September 9, 1951 and is the only private monument on the mall."

A very interesting site if anyone is interested

This is the first renovated elevator made available thru the joint efforts of the Town Council, Representative from the Grange and, of course, the volunteers within the community. It consists of three floors; living, kitchen and dining on the main floor; secondary bedroom/study as well as a full bath on the second floor; and the main master suite located in the loft.

The lot contains only Maxis content, is hack free and has been scanned with clean installer.
