Rockystone House - 2 Storey Simstone Starter

This is a 3+ bd, 2ba, 2 storey home for the more discerning Simstone. Situated on a 3x3 lot, with plenty of room for yard expansion and a driveway & garage. It has been finished and fully furnished in Simstone style to show layout only. The staircase is a stone recolor of Numenor's recolorable wooden stairs. The links for both are included in this post.
The cc furnishings are NOT included in the zip to save on bandwidth and download times but you will need to get them if you wish to decorate in the same style. I've included the links for these too. The Simstones walls, floors, windows and doors are all included.

After removing the furnishings, the lot qualifies as a starter for just over 19,000 simoleons. It has been scanned with cleaninstaller and is hack free. Enjoy!
